Our love story began in the most unexpected yet beautiful way at a small restaurant on our university campus. After months of phone calls, we finally met in person during my birthday in August and instantly knew we wanted to be more than friends.

Hansel won my heart with his kindness and thoughtful gestures. He even almost knelt down to take my birthday pictures (he's still my favorite photographer!). We became close friends for nine months before he officially asked me to be his girlfriend.

Years later, Hansel outdid himself with the most dreamy proposal. After a lovely dinner in London, he suggested a walk, which led us to The Fitzrovia Chapel. The moment I stepped inside, I was surrounded by white roses, soft candlelight, and a harpist playing "All of Me." Hansel held my hands, kissed me, and went down on one knee. I could barely hold back the tears. Then came the surprises: our photos beautifully displayed, champagne, my friends and cousins walking in, my best friend from Canada, and finally, my sister. It was pure magic, a day we'll cherish forever.
